Flower deliveries can be cancelled up to three (3) days before the delivery date.

Graceful Garland Co. buys the finest flowers from local wholesalers and flower farmers and is committed to delivering only the freshest and highest quality flowers to our customers. Every stem on every order is inspected and processed for quality and freshness.

If you have a problem with your order, just let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.

Welcome to Graceful Garland Co.! All items sold on this website is subject to the terms and conditions of use set forth here and all modifications thereto (the "Terms"), and the rules that may be revised by Graceful Garland Co. at anytime. By using this website, you are explicitly agreeing to these Terms. The term "website" includes the website located at www.gracefulgarlandco.com.

We may revise these terms at any time without actual notice. All such changes to the Terms will appear on our Site, and be effective immediately. By using this Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, please do not use this Site.

 

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Graceful Garland Co,, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. We will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process for such price. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a confirmation email once your order is delivered. All purchases are non-refundable. 

You can create an account in order to purchase from Graceful Garland Co. An account is required so we can collect information to allow you to pay for your products and provide you with easy access to print your receipts, view your past purchases, and modify your shipping and billing preferences.

 

 

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products. The California 9.25% Sales Tax is required by law on the goods purchased and will be clearly stated in the Checkout Page.

 

 

Delivery

Graceful Garland Co. products are personally delivered and do not use outside couriers. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Deliveries will be made only in Santa Clara County (except the city of Gilroy, sorry!). It includes the cities of Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale.

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences. 

Specific instructions must be provided at time of order, to ensure the recipient is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. We are only able to make one delivery attempt, and if the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area. A delivery confirmation photo will be taken if someone is not home to pick-up the flowers and sent to the person who placed the order.

 

 

Flower Subscriptions

Customers who buy subscription products can view and manage their subscriptions from their Customer Account. After logging in, you click My account, and then Subscriptions.

All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details, including:

  • The next order date

  • Price

  • Subscription frequency

  • Order history 

  • Saved billing and shipping information

If the subscription has a limited number of renewals, the panel also displays the number of payments left in the subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month, or the last day of the month if there's no corresponding date in shorter months. For example, if a customer buys a monthly subscription product on January 31, the subscription will renew on February 28, then March 31.

If a customer wants to pause their subscription, we can delay your flower subscription for you.

To cancel the subscription, you can click Cancel Subscription. To update your payment information, you can click Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.

Note: To change the subscription shipping address, customers must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.

 

 

Privacy Policy

We collect your Personal Information voluntarily through Graceful Garland Co. in order to create your user profile and account, as well as to fulfill your orders. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected in order to fulfill order requests include: full legal name, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card information. Additionally, we may collect any information that you voluntarily disclose, including Personal Information, comments, or messages/notes sent on cards.

In some instances, we may request that you submit information about other people. For example, if you order flowers to be sent directly to the flower recipient, we will ask for their name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. We may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering our e-mail to you or as required by law.
